Problem 2 Solution (in English):

  • Find out (Input) how high winds are blowing. Store as a variable called “Wind strength”.
  • Find out how long if left in flight. Store as a variable called “Landing time”.
  • Compare “wind strength” to “landing time”. Store as variable called “Avail time”.
  • If wind strength is lower than 12 knots, then Mary can land in Courtenay.
  • If wind strength is higher than 12 knots, then Mary must land in Smits Airfield.
  • If Mary is landing in Smits Airfield, than Mary must contact Louise to contact the air Marshall to access the loaner car.
