For this assignment, I wanted to capture forest details and create a visual story of different elements in nature. I allowed my surroundings to dictate what I captured and photographed what I felt inspired by. I found that far away images were more difficult to capture in the way that I wanted but when I focused on specific details, the image had a focal point. I also found that experimenting with my camera and sunlight is a fun challenge, but the more I experiment, the more comfortable I feel. I am also looking forward to putting edits on this series, because I think it will unify and tie all the images together to feel more like a series.
